All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all text, images and additional materials on the Sites are the property of HMF Group A/S or are used with permission. No reproduction of our Sites may be sold or distributed for commercial purposes but only use for personal or editorial purposes with the respective credit to HMF.

Please keep intact all copyright and trademark notices. When we provide digital versions of our catalogs and user manuals for download in our website, you can only modify it when we specifically authorized it. If you wish to make any use of material on our website or in our newsletters other that set out above, please address your request via our contact form.

Other information

You shall refrain from using our Sites to violate anyone's privacy and/or defame HMF, any users or partners with viruses or security issues.

You may wish to link to our Sites. In this case, HMF does not object to such linking, provided that you do not suggest in any way that you are affiliated with or endorsed by us. You must not use "framing", “deep linking” or similar practices and must ensure that the link to the Site opens in a new window.

Ratings and reviews; Testimonials

HMF welcomes feedback on your experience with our products. Product testimonials shall be accurate and constructive. We also reserve the right to edit your testimonials for length, spelling, etc, and to post your comments in e-mails and other marketing materials.

Liability

Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services on the Sites will meet your requirements, that the services will be fault-free, or that the Sites will be available at all times. Please note that some offers or news displayed on our pages may contain information about products and services that are not available in your country.

These Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance with or abiding by Danish law and any dispute or claim relating to the Sites shall be brought before the Courts of Denmark.
